Nazsalem

Yield: Three Gallons US

Ingredients:
1 1/2 gal. welches grape juice.
1 gal. orange juice.
1/2 gal. water
1 bottle of yohimbe (Liquid) (Available at health food stores)
2 3/4 lbs. sugar
1 pkg. wine yeast

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients at once(except Yohimbe)
  2. Let ferment for 2 weeks
  3. Strain sediment
  4. Add yohimbe
  5. Let “age” for 2-3 weeks.
  6. Ready to bottle or drink!.
